The Toronto Blue Jays currently occupy last place in the AL East with a record of 35-34, but they have no intentions of giving up on the season as they remain in buy mode, Jon Paul Morosi of FOX Sports reports. Morosi adds that they are currently scouting the Major Leagues heavily for help.

In a matter of a few days, the Blue Jays lost Kyle Drabek to Tommy John surgery, Brandon Morrow to an oblique injury and Drew Hutchison to an elbow injury.

The Blue Jays have already talked to the Rockies about Jeremy Guthrie and recently scouted Wandy Rodriguez of the Astros.
