According to Thomas Harding of MLB.com the Colorado Rockies have signed right handed pitcher Billy Buckner to a Minor League deal. The deal will include invitation to the Major League Spring Training.
Buckner, 27, has a career record of 6-11 with 6.25 ERA in 36 games in the Majors, 21 of them were starts.

According to the official Detroit Tigers Twitter account, the team has released Billy Buckner and designated Casey Fien for assignment to make room for Jeff Larish and Will Rhymes on their 40-man roster.
