The Tampa Bay Rays have claimed right-handed pitcher Rob Delaney, according to the Star-Tribune’s LaVelle Neal.
Delaney was designated by the Minnesota Twins on January 26 to accommodate the addition of left-handed pitcher Dusty Hughes.

The Minnesota Twins have claimed left handed pitcher Dusty Hughes off waivers from the Royals according to Kelly Thesier of MLB.com.
The Twins also designated right handed pitcher Rob Delaney for assignment in order to make room on the 40-man roster for Hughes.

The Kansas City Royals designated left handed pitcher Dusty Hughes for assignment according to Bob Dutton of the Kansas City Star. That roster move will make room for the recently signed Jeff Francis.
Hughes was 1-3 with a 3.83 ERA in 53.1 innings throughout 57 appearances.
